I visited the pharmacy at this location today and needed to get some paper towels from the bathroom. While there an employee from Vital Statistics came out of a stall, stood at the sink and didn't wash her hands. Instead she dipped her finger under the pipe to smooth down her hair. This disturbed my spirit very much. I approached her and relayed what I observed. Her response was that she washed her hands, but since there's no dryer she dried her hands on her hair. There is a functioning air dryer mounted on the wall right next to a paper towel dispenser. This is so sad that you can't even depend on people to do the right thing, even in a healthcare environment.

Why don't the higher ups educate their employees so they'll know the difference between private and public buildings and if they are private or public. What's even scarier is the person that was working the day the journalist came was very unprofessional just because she doesn't know that there are independent journalist in the world doesn't give her the right to basically laugh in the journalist face which really made her look kind of ignorant. It appeared that the entire staff including security don't know that the public not only have the right to come into the building but can take videos and pictures in public areas. I'm sorry it appeared that maybe two or three employees knew he could do what he was doing and that was the first lady he encountered standing in the doorway of a office talking to someone in the office and the young man that asked him what he was doing. The behavior of those employees was disgraceful and embarrassing, especially the main lady in charge that looked as if she was taking pleasure in trying to have the man trespassed which would leave this place open for litigations for her violating his constitutional rights. Second experience here. Staff is courteous and professional. Did not have to wait long on my second visit. First visit was long due to pandemic peak. This location is my choice center.

I was in dire need of a copy of my daughter's birth certificate. I was in and out in less than 10 minutes. Service was prompt and courteous. The copy was $15. I was offered a $3 protective cover but decided against it. I can't speak on the other services but it was not packed. They open at 8 am.

This is a site for rapid testing. Which is a complete joke. The guy taking the form says it will take 5-10min to be called inside for the test. It took 40 min. Then the lady taking the test has a complete attitude, doesn't say hello, then tells me you can go(really) after taking the test. The whole set up is a waste of time. It then took another 40 min to get the result. Online it always says 15min for a rapid test. Dont come to this location you will be here for a while with lies and attitude.
